Commonly Requested Forms

 > FORM K

This form must be filled out by ALL owners who are renting their unit, and is required by the Strata Property Act.

 > PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENT

This form can be downloaded, filled out and faxed to our offices if you wish to have your strata fees deducted automatically on the first of each month. Please ensure that you attach a void cheque to the form.

 > EMERGENCY CONTACT

All owners are requested to fill out this form so that the Strata Agent and/or the Strata Council may be able to contact you or a trusted individual in the event of an emergency.
